If I want to change my address with Neteller to a new country, do I need to give them ID issued by my new country?

So is this even an option? Can I still change the address of my Neteller account to another country? And then, can I withdraw the funds? Thanks.

I've been trying to figure out the same thing....and how long you need to be there...Mabye rent a small shack there for the summer or something, and get a bank account.

More importantly, do you actually need ID from your "new" country because that may be more difficult to obtain. You would actually have to apply for and get approved for residency in another country which isn't always easy.

Yes, you would have to have an ID plus a utility bill from the place you live at and a phone number.

Source? Specifically, what kind of ID?

I don't think you have to actually be a citizen or resident alien of the country you are having the funds tranferred to, tho you will obviously need a bank account.

drivers license or id card. You would think canada would allow you to get a DL if you are going to stay up there for a couple months, but I could be wrong.

Neteller is the source and a either a drivers license or a gov't issued which could be the same, but I don't know since i'm not Canadian.

somebody needs to ask canada if you can get a drivers license or other ID if your going to be there for a summer or a something. Or how somebody who plans to live in the country for a fe months can get ID if they can.
